Daisy Dunes Refund/Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your hand-picked items should help you embrace your zest for life and sense of adventure! If your product is damaged upon delivery or if you experience sizing issues, please contact support@shopdaisydunes.com with your order number and reason for your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please reach out any time sooner - because we want you to be happy!
Please note: We do not offer partial refunds on orders if you forget to apply a promo code.
If the reason for your return is our mistake, we will happily refund the full amount of your order! If you are returning your item(s) due to dislike or customer mistake, we will refund the amount of your product only (not shipping).
Any returned items should be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. We will not reimburse or pay shipping costs to return items to us. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we don't guarantee we will receive your returned item!

Once received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.)
If your refund is late:
- Please verify again that your bank account does not reflect a credit.
- Inquire with your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing time is necessary before a refund is posted.
