Daisy Dunes Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all $50 U.S. orders! If your order isn't quite $50, you can expect a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee. If your order is time sensitive, you are welcome to upgrade to Priority 2-Day Shipping, regardless of your order total, for a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99.
- Orders shipping internationally have a flat rate shipping fee of $11.99.
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- We reserve the right to combine orders during shipment to continue to offer lowest shipping rates for our customers.
EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES:
Items will generally ship in 3-5 business days to allow for processing. We will notify you if there are any delays.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:
To U.S. locations: 5-7 business days after order is placed
To International locations: 7-17 business days after order is placed
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.
Please verify the correct mailing address. (We really want your order to get to YOU!) We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the shipper cannot deliver the product to you due to their policies or issues with your location this is the customer's responsibility - not that of Daisy Dunes, and Daisy Dunes is not responsible for resending the order.
If an order is returned to sender due to the carrier issue, address issue or undeliverable, this is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements for orders.
The customer will pay the redelivery fee of $4.99 to have the order reshipped to another address.
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Once the package has been marked "delivered" through the tracking service used, the customer is responsible for the package. This includes any lost or stolen packages.
